Plant + Maintenance – Maintenance Contracts

Maintenance contracts can be created in the Micronet Plant Maintenance system to group customer plant items that are combined to form a single service contract. Maintenance contracts allow you to setup regular invoicing for the items on the service contract. The contract can have its own unique pricing structure for labour and materials, and/or can have an amount of pre-paid labour applied. Contracts can be invoiced on a repeat and/or regular basis – monthly, quarterly, yearly or in selected months.

Technical Tip You can also setup maintenance contracts for normal service jobs that don't involve plant items - refer to "Transactions – Job Transactions".
